Brooklyn Tech College Wrap Up

Another game this week featured Technites on both teams with Ithaca defeating LIU. Ithaca, Fordham and Princeton all had former Engineers log statistics in the game and all defeated their opponents.

#20 Ithaca (3-0)

Tristan Brown (Class of 2014) ran for a career best 176 yards on 17 carries and 2 touchdowns for the Bombers’, including a 64 yard run in their 38-18 win over Alfred (with Donovan Ortiz on the Saxons). Brian Gill is on Ithaca’s JV roster, who opened their season against the Saxons. Ithaca faces Utica next weekend.

Fordham (3-1)

Lawrence Menyah (Class of 2015) assisted on four tackles and Kyvaune Brammer (Class of 2013) saw playing time for Fordham in the Rams’ 54-31 win over Monmouth. Fordham opens their Patriot League schedule next weekend against Lafayette.

Princeton (2-0)

James Gales (Class of 2013) had one tackle and one assisted tackle in Princeton’s 52-26 win over Lehigh. The Tigers begin their Ivy League schedule against Columbia next weekend.

LIU Post (3-1)

Deon Mash (Class of 2014) saw playing time for the Pioneers’ in their 40-37 loss to Stonehill. LIU takes on American International College next week.

#5 Villanova (2-2)

Thomas Plonski (Class of 2013) did not seen any playing time this season for Villanova, which fell to Penn 24-13. The Wildcats play William & Mary next on October 10.

Alfred (3-1)

Donovan Ortiz (Class of 2015) did not see any playing time against LIU. The Saxons face Morrisville State College next weekend.

Stony Brook (2-1)

Alpha Gamby (Class of 2015) is on Stony Brook’s roster, as the Seawolves fell to William & Mary 21-0. Stony Brook faces James Madison next weekend.
