The Brooklyn Tech Football program has spent over 90 hours in the weight room this off-season. On May 25th, the student-athletes will put that work on display with the Annual Lift-a-thon in which donors pledge towards an athlete based on his best squat.
The off-season protocol has been programmed by Coach Malcolm Davis. Most players have seen significant gains during this time. This hard work, with a focus on technique and skill improvement, will lead to less injuries and better play on the field. As part of our VESTING program, players have participated in Community Service, Program Service and other additional requirements to be patched into our program and be a full-time member of the team.
