Brandon Marshall of the NY Jets came to Brooklyn Tech Football practice on Tuesday to talk about positive mental health and ways that athletes can train their mental game.  Introduced by Tyrone Parker of the Public Schools Athletic League, Marshall spoke to the players about his journey through life and how he deals with the pressure of being a professional football player.

Marshall’s  visit was very inspiring to the players.  The Engineers continue to play hard after coming up short against New Utrecht, Erasmus and Wagner.  This weekend is not only the last home game of the season, but the last home game for the seniors and their parents, both of which will be honored before the game.  Marshall reflected on having a “next play mentality” and pushing through adversity.  The program would like to thank Brandon Marshall for coming out to spend some time with us.
